Workplace refreshment across the Puget Sound

Find the right fit for your workplace.

Vista Vending stocks and services break rooms across Seattle, Tacoma and the Puget Sound from our Auburn warehouse. Micro markets, vending, smart coolers, coffee, pantry and water, run on our own routes by a locally owned team. Tell us about your workplace and we will recommend the mix that fits.

Locally owned and operatedFrom the owners to the drivers, the people who service your room live here. Not a national chain with a regional queue.
Tap, card or phoneCashless checkout on machines, markets and coolers. No exact change, and no cash for anyone to handle.
Restocked before you askRemote monitoring flags a low shelf, so routes are built around what actually sold rather than a fixed calendar.
Support that answersInstant refunds, repair requests from your phone, and Spanish support. Most issues get handled without anyone making a call.

What we install and service

One partner for the whole break room.

Six services. Start with one or build the whole room. Open any card to see what it includes.

Micro-market with open snack shelving and refrigerated cases in a warm, well-lit workplace break room

Micro markets

An open store in your break room. Your team browses, selects, and pays at a self-checkout kiosk.

Employee tapping a payment card at a glass-front vending machine in an office breakroom

Vending machines

Modern machines for tighter rooms, off-shift coverage, and sites a full market will not fit.

Smart coolers

Secure grab-and-go coolers that unlock with a card and charge for what your team takes out.

An A & M office coffee station: a bean-to-cup brewer with a touchscreen, a second beverage dispenser, tiered condiment and tea organizers on the counter and stocked wooden shelves above

Coffee and tea

The part of the break room your team uses every morning.

Office pantry island with pull-out drawers of snacks beside coffee brewers and glass-door coolers

Office pantry

Snacks and drinks the company provides, stocked and managed for you.

Bevi

Water and ice

Filtered water and ice on site, so nobody is hauling cases in from the store.

Built around your workplace

What changes for your kind of site.

The same six services get put together differently depending on who is in the building and when. Open the closest match.

Desk-bound teams use the room in two bursts, arrival and midday. Coffee sized to the morning rush, fresh food for the lunch hour, and a market if headcount supports the selection. Add an employer-funded pantry if you want part of it to read as a benefit rather than a purchase.

From the workplaces we serve

Why it works.

Working with Vista Vending is easy. They make the process seamless from the walkthrough, agreement, and install. There are many different vending options for all types of communities, and they are responsive, which is invaluable in property management.

There are so many regulations and restrictions with what can versus cannot be sold during school hours, and Vista helps provide a stocked vending machine full of snacks that meet those requirements while also being of interest to the students. When they need to be restocked or serviced, Vista is always quick to respond and quick to get a technician out.

Customer service was fast and direct yet friendly and helpful. The install group worked with our plant policies as it relates to PPE and were knowledgeable about the products they were installing. So far it has been a great experience and we will continue to do business with this vendor.

How it works

Four steps to get started.

From the first conversation to a break room your team actually uses.

  1. Step one

    Tell us about the workplace

Team size, shifts, square footage, and what is in the break room now. Two minutes on the form, or one call to Auburn.

  2. Step two

    We walk the room

We measure the space, check power and internet, and see where people actually go on break.

  3. Step three

You get a plan in writing

A layout for your room, the service mix we recommend, and the product list.

  4. Step four

We install and keep it stocked

Equipment installed, then restocked on our own routes with remote monitoring between visits.

Before you ask

Questions we get most

You do not need to know the exact equipment or service package before reaching out.

Do micro markets work for small offices?

Yes. They can be customized for smaller teams and compact spaces based on your layout and employee count.

Are subsidized options available?

Yes. Employers can cover part or all of the cost if you want to fund it as a perk for your team.

What types of businesses do you serve?

Offices, warehouses, manufacturing sites, schools, apartment communities, hotels, medical facilities, and government buildings across Seattle, Tacoma, and the Puget Sound.

How are products restocked?

Wireless monitoring and inventory tracking let us prepare for restocking trips before we leave the distribution center.

What are the space requirements?

Designs are flexible and accommodate break rooms from small to large.

Is it cashless?

Most setups use secure cashless checkout, supporting tap-to-pay cards and mobile wallets.

How is a micro market different from traditional vending?

Micro markets use open shelving, let people select more than one item, and carry a wider range of products including fresh meals.

Do you service the coffee equipment, or only deliver the coffee?

Both. We install the brewers, keep coffee, tea, cups, and creamers stocked, and service the equipment on a schedule.

Can we get filtered water without bottled delivery?

Yes. Bottleless coolers plumb into your water line, so there are no cases to store and no deliveries to schedule.

What is the difference between a pantry and a market?

A pantry is employer funded and free to your team. A market is self-checkout, so your team pays for what they take. Some workplaces run both.

What happens when something breaks or a machine takes our money?

Submit a repair request or refund from your phone and it reaches us directly. Refunds are handled instantly, responses are quick, and support is available in Spanish. Most issues never require a phone call.

Can we order break room supplies without a full service program?

Yes. We run online ordering for Puget Sound businesses, so you can order coffee supplies, snacks, beverages and essentials without bulk minimums. Once your list is set up, reordering takes a few clicks.

What areas do you serve?

Seattle, Tacoma, the Puget Sound, and surrounding communities, from Everett down to Olympia and across to Kitsap. Our routes run out of Auburn.
