Desk-bound teams use the room in two bursts, arrival and midday. A brewer sized to the counter rather than to the rush is empty by the time the nine-thirty crowd gets there, and after a week of that they stop checking. We size the equipment to your morning peak, stock fresh food for the lunch hour, and add a market once headcount supports the selection. Add an employer-funded pantry if you want part of it to read as a benefit rather than a purchase.

Do micro markets work for small offices?
Yes. A market is built to your room and your headcount, from a compact single-cooler setup to a full wall. Tell us your team size and square footage and we will tell you straight whether a market, a smart cooler, or machines are the better fit.
Are subsidized options available?
Yes, and you control how far it goes. Cover the whole cost so the room is free to your team, discount specific items or categories, or set a per-employee credit each month. Gift cards and employee credits load straight onto the market. You set the amount and we build it into checkout.
What types of businesses do you serve?
Offices, warehouses, manufacturing sites, schools, apartment communities, hotels, medical facilities, and government buildings across Seattle, Tacoma, and the Puget Sound.
How are products restocked?
Every machine, market and cooler reports what it sold. Routes are built from that data before the truck leaves Auburn, so restocking follows what your team actually bought rather than a fixed calendar.
What are the space requirements?
Less than most people expect. Anything from the footprint of a single vending machine to a full micro market build will work. You need the floor space, access to power, and ideally internet connectivity. Water and ice service also needs a water line. If you are not sure your room works, call us and we will tell you.
Is it cashless?
Tap, card and mobile wallet are standard across machines, markets and coolers. Markets and smart coolers can also run on market cards, gift cards and employee credits if you want to use the room as a perk.
How is a micro market different from traditional vending?
A micro market is an open store: shelving, a refrigerated case and a self-checkout kiosk. Your team picks up more than one item, sees what they are buying, and gets a far wider range than a machine can hold, including fresh meals. A machine holds a fixed set of selections behind glass.
Do you service the coffee equipment, or only deliver the coffee?
Both. We install the brewers, keep coffee, tea, cups, and creamers stocked, and service the equipment on a schedule.
Can we get filtered water without bottled delivery?
Yes. Bottleless coolers plumb into your water line, so there are no cases to store and no deliveries to schedule.
What is the difference between a pantry and a market?
A pantry is employer funded and free to your team. A market is self-checkout, so your team pays for what they take. Some workplaces run both.
What happens when something breaks or a machine takes our money?
Every Vista machine, market and cooler carries Zippy Assist. Your team scans the code on the unit and gets real-time support for a refund, a payment problem, a product request or a repair, without going through you. Refunds are handled on the spot and requests reach us directly, so most issues never become a phone call or an email to facilities.
Can we order break room supplies without a full service program?
Yes. We run online ordering for Puget Sound businesses, so you can order coffee supplies, snacks, beverages and essentials without bulk minimums. Once your list is set up, reordering takes a few clicks.
What areas do you serve?
Seattle, Tacoma, the Puget Sound, and surrounding communities, from Everett down to Olympia and across to Kitsap. Our routes run out of Auburn.
